Pesaro 2008 - Useful information
REGISTRATION
It is compulsory to register each and every team at the Registration Center. The registration must be made upon your arrival in Pesaro. Non registered teams will not be admitted to take part to the Championship.
The Registration Center is placed inside the Palasport of Pesaro, in Via dei Partigiani n. 22.
Distance from Piazzale della Libertà (Palla di Pomodoro) about 800 m (10 minutes on foot). For more details, see the map.
The Registration Center is open on July 24th and 25th. Opening time:
24 July from 9 am to 9 pm
25 July from 9 am to 9 pm
The information Center is also located inside the Palasport in Via dei Partigiani n. 22. It will be open all along the championship, from July 26th to August 2nd, from 10 am to 7 pm.
DOCUMENTS
What is necessary to produce at the Registration Desk:
final team list;
final companions list
copy of the bank transfer of the registration fees payment (for players and companions). Further settlement could be made only by cash.
Other documents:
"Waiver of right disclosure and responsibility commitment" – filled and signed by each player ;
"Delegate Form" – filled and signed by each team delegate
It is important to register all participants also to enjoy of all the benefits scheduled in the tournament
TRANSPORTATION
To make easier the transfer of players and companions from hotels to sport venues and viceversa there is a special Transportation Card.
If the team booked the accomodation through APA Hotel, participants will receive the Transportation Card free of charge at the Registration Center.
If the team has not booked the accommodation through APA Hotel and you are interested in taking advantage of our transfer service to gyms, you can purchase the transportation card at the Registration Center. The cost is € 50 per person for all the duration of the tournament (payment by cash at the Registration Center).
